Refund & Cancellation Policy - MG Guru

Product: NISM Finance Career Workshop - Live on Zoom (Rs. 99)

Summary: This is a low-cost, limited-seat (100 seats) live digital workshop. Due to its nature, refund is available only under conditions below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Full refund is available if you email us within 24 hours of payment AND before the live workshop start time.
You must include your Name, Email, Phone and Razorpay Payment ID.
Refund is not available if you have already attended the live session or if recording access has been sent to you.

2. How to Request Refund

Email us at wealth@mgguru.org with subject "Refund Request - NISM Workshop" or WhatsApp us at 8800517620. Our team will verify and confirm within 48 hours.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 working days. Bank processing time may vary.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration anytime before the workshop starts by emailing us. No cancellation fee. After workshop starts, cancellation is not possible.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Failure to attend live session due to personal reasons
Internet / device issues at user end
Request made after 24 hours or after recording is shared
